This class begins with brief meditation, moving into a warm-up followed by conditioning exercises that help activate and prepare the body for vertical dance. This class is specifically for those who already have a regular training practice and are interested in tapping into their core strength, length and stability from a different vantage. As vertical dancers, we put our bodies through a full range of movement in situations that demand stamina, precision and grace. This training approach is designed by and for vertical dancers, though other dancers and athletes may also appreciate the benefits. Class finishes with a lovely cool down. 90 minutes in length
