This class offers participants the opportunity to mobilize and articulate their body, with a focus on strengthening the core as needed for aerial dance forms. Meghan’s classes begin with a check in all together and with yourself, an improvised dance exploration and warm up, and then move into a repeated series of strengthening core exercises. We finish off with a stretch and cool down. This class is geared towards those who are used to training in dance and athletics, but all are welcome and encouraged to do what they can safely, and modifications will be offered as needed. 90 minutes in length
